THIS I~RTGAGE DEED executed the 24th day of November ~

SAIEEBY, JR., as to an undfvided lOx interest; RONALD OSTROW, as to
an undivided 15x intereat, and MURRAY ROSEN, as to an undivided 10°~
interest, hereinafter called the Mortgagors,to LOUIS L. MASER, DAVID ;
