DISCHARGE OF MORTGAGE •

KN4W ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, ~'VAYNE C. SHANKS, JR. , sole heir and sole beneficiary
of the Estate of MURIEL V. SHANKS, Deceased (see copy of Order Assigning
Residue issued by the Wayne County Probate Court, State of M~cfiigan, dated
October 9, 1976, which is attached hereto), do hereby verify and afftrm that a
certain Mortgage bearing date the Ninth day of July 1971, made by VIRGIL D.
LtVENGOOD and PATRICIA L. LiVENGOOD, his wife, in favor of MURIEL V.
SHANKS, a widow, and recorded in Official Records Book 193, Pages 2763,
2764 and 2?65, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the following
described piece or parcel of land, situate and being in said County and State,
to-wit:
Lot 9, Block 9, SiTNRISE ESTATES, acoording to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 8, at Page ?5, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEI'TING therefrom a triangular
~ shaped strip of land along the Southerly side of said Lot 9, Block 9,
more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the Southwest oorner of Lot 9 of Block 9, of SiJNRISE
ESTATES in accordance with aforesaid plat, run Southeasterly along
the line dividing Lots 9 and 10 of said Block 9 of SUNRISE ESTATES, ;
to the West line of Sunrise Boulevard and the Southeast corner of
IAt 9 of Block 9, said point being 96. 62 feet Northeasterly from the
Southeast corner of I~ot 10, Block 9, as measured along the West
line of Sunrise Boulevard; thence Northeasterly along the West line
of Sunrise Boulevard, 26.62 feet; thence Northwesterly to the Foint
of Beginning. -
Has been fully paid and satisfied and should be discharged ~f record.
