corporation, being duly sworn do hereby state under oath as fol~ows: ~

1. That due to a scrivener's error, the original ~
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions recorded in the Public '
Records of St. Lucie County, in O/R Book 229 at Page 363 .

mistakenly referred to the Association by name.as MZDPORT WEST
PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. •
2. That by vote of the Board of Directors of West
Midport Unit 15 Property Owners' Association duly held on . _

December 10~, 1976, the undersigned as President, was authorized -
and directed to execute and file in the Public Records of St. Lucie =
County, an Affidavit correcting the~scrivener's error with reference
to the name of the Association.
3. That pursuant to such authority, this Affidavit is
made and executed to be filed in the Public Records of such:county
so that the scrivener's error hereinbefore referred to with
reference to the correct name of the Association be and the same
' herewith is corrected to conform with the correct name of the
