Fort Pierce~ Florida, is entitled to preference in appointment as Personal
Representative because he is the survivin~ spouse of the decedent and
natural guardian of the above-named minor children of the decedent.
6. Domicilary probate proceedings are not known to be pending
in another state or county. '
7. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate subject to probate in the State of Florida are not known at the
present, but will be established by the courts at a future date. Tt,is is
a potential wrongful death suit. .
8. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, petitioners are
