The petition of HERBERT SCHOENBACH as Personal Representative of the
witl of Louise Wagner, dec~ased, fo~ leave to seli certain prop~rty, as
described~in tha petition, for the purpose of paying the debts of tha
estate and making distribution; coming on this day to be heardf and it
appeari~g to the-court that all of the devisees wera fur~ishsd a copy
of the Peti~ion for Leave to Sell a~d have w~aived Notice of Hearing on
the Petition. It is to the best interast of the estats that said property
