' ORDER DISSOLVING TEMPORARY INJUNCTION THIS MATTER came on before the Court on December 10, 1976 on the motion of the Defendants, FLORENTINO N. ARRIOLA, JR. and LOLITA ARRIOLA, his wife, to dissolve the temporary injunction, upon proper notice, and the Court having heard testimony of witnesses and it appearing to the Court that the Plaintiff herself is in violation of Lne protective covenants which are the basis of this suit both in respect to_the vverhang of her roof and the fact that the front setback line in front of her improvements does not comply within the provisions of said protective covenants, and the Court having heard arqument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the temporary injunction heretofore entered in this cause is hereby dissolved and vacated.
