PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED S~ ;

THIS DEED made and entered into this 18th da~y of October
1976 by and between JUANITA G. GLADEY, as Personal Representative
of the Eatate of HAROLD J. GLADEY, deceased, late of St. Lucie County, F
Florida as party of the first part and JUANITA G. GLADEY, Individually
of 39 Pleasure Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida as party of the second part.
WITNESSETA: '
That the said JUANITA G. GLP?DEY is the duly appointed,qualified
and acting Personal Representative of the Estate of HAROLD J. GLADEY,
deceased, who died in St. Lucie County, Florida on the 15th day of
January 1976, and
WHEREAS, JUANITA G. GLADEY individually, was and is the sole
heir at law of the said HAROLD J. GLADEY, deceased and under the
tenas and conditions of the Last Wi12 and Testament of HAROLD J.
GLADEY, deceased, the party of the first part has sold and conveyed and
by these presenta does grant, bargain, sell and convey untq tne said
party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, all of that tract or
parcel of land situate, lyinq and being in St. Lucie County, Florida
described as follows:
1/2 undivided interest in and to Lots 9,
10 and 11, Block 4 of Maravilla Court
~ Subdivisioa as per plat thereof, recorded
in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida
together with all the appurtenances thereto belonging, or in any wise
appertaining, to have and to hold the same in as full and ample manner
as the same was possessed and enjoyed by the said HAROLD J. GLADEY,
deceased, in his Iifetime.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has hereunto
