FINAL JUDGMENT IN FORECLUSURE
This cause having come to be heard for final hearing on the
?th day of December, 1976, on the Motion of the Plaintiff herein to
determine the merits of the Plaintiff's Complaint to foreclose a
Mortgage and evidence having been offered in support of such Complaint,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That this Court has jurisdiction over this cause and the

subject matter of the..parties.
2. That the default judgments previously entered in this cause ~

against the Defendants, are ratified and confirmQd.
3. That the Plaintiff has proved the macerial allegations

j of its Complaint and the equities of this cause are with the Plaintiff

= 4. That the Mortgage herein sued upon by the Plaintiff was

legally executed, acknowledged, delivered and recorded as alleged in
the Plaintiff's Complaint; that the Mortgage Note thereby secured was

E and Mortgage were and do constitute a valid subsisting lien upon _

~ real property owned by ALFALTON H. SAWYER, now deceased, and ADELL
