liens, encumbrances, riqhts and equity and interest of the said
Defendants, and any and all persons, corporations, firms or parties
claiminq by, through or under the said Defendants, or any other
Defendant to this action, or any other Defendant named herein since
the filing of the Lis Pendens herein at a sale to be held by the
Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida,
at t: o~ o' clock, ~.M. , Wt~ , the 24 day of ~,,,.,,,Q„~ ,
1976, at the East Front Door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse, .
Fort Pierce, Florida, after having given due notice of such sale
as required by law. The Plaintiff shall be permitted to apply
against any bid made by it at said sale, the sum decreed to be due
it, over and above such cash sums as are required for Court costs - -
and other expenses incident to these foreclosure proceedings.
8. Upon receipt of the purchase price paid at said sale, the
Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, shall
issue his Certificate of Sale, and if no objection to said sale be
filed within the time required by law, said Clerk shall issue his
Certificate of Title and Certificate of Disbursements, and he shall
, disburse and apply the:proceeds of the sale in the following manner: .

~ (a) his fees, allowances, commission and expenses;
~ (b) the fees and costs of the officers of this Court and of

i the Plaintiff of th3s suit;
' (c) the attorneys' fees of the Plaintiff herein for their

~ services in regard to the foreclosure of said mortgage, which sum
was specified previously herein in Paragraph 6;
• (d) the sum specified previously in Paragraph 6, which was
found to be owing to the Plaintiff by the Defendants, on account of
the principle, interest and other charges upon the Mortgage Note and
Mortgage, payable by the said Defendants, under the Mortgage herein

~ sued upon,~ plus interest at the rate of 6 percent per annum from the

~ date-of this judgment to the date of sale, all of which shall be
~ payable to the Plaintiff herein.
(e) the remaining sum, if any there be, to be deposited with
the Registry of this Court by the said Clerk and there to remain until
disbursement in accordance with further Order of this Court. .
