Sharon L. Mawby and/or Vaughn E. Mawby, her husband
to Venture Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc.
bearing date the 23 day of March , A.D. 1974 , recorded in
Officical Records Book 228 , page 54 1& 542 , in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of s t. Luc ieCounty, State of Florida, securing
certain note in the sun of 514,212.89
Dollars, and certain promises and.obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: ~Lot #V-86 of Venture Out at St. Lucie,
Inc., a Condominium, accordinc~ to the Declaration of Condo-
minium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 189 at
page 1677, et•seq., of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
