SEPARATION AGREEMENT i
IN RE: ROBERT EDWARD AGNEW
AND DICKSIE LYNN AGNEW,
his wife.
THIS AGREEMENT, made this ~ day of November, 1976,
between ROBERT EDWARD AGNEW (hereinafter referred to as "the Husband")
and DICKSIE LYNN AGNEW (hereinafter referred to as "the Wife"),
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have lived together as
Husband and Wife, having been married to each other at Fort Pierce,
Florida, on the 14th day of February, 1970; and
WHEREAS, two (2) children have been born as issue of
said marriage, to-wit: BOBBIE JO AGNFW, daughter, aged five (5)
years; and THADDEUS CARLTON AGNEW, son, aged four (4) years;
WHEREAS, differences have arisen between the parties

because of which they are now living separate and apart from one

~ another, and are not cohabiting together, and the parties have agreed
' to live separate and apart in the future; and

~ WHEREAS, the parties desire to set~le and adjust forever
all rights of child custody, child support and maintenance, alimony,
insurance protection, property rights, and all other rights arising
out of the relationship of the parties; and
WI~REAS, the Wife and Husband agree between them on a
full property settlement which shall obtain and be binding upon
both parties hereto, their respective heirs, executors, adminis-
trators and assigns, and likewise in the event of the death of
Husband or Wife, or in the event that either of the parties hereto
shall ever secure a decree of divorce or an annulment against the
other party; and
