warrant to each other that each has carefully read and understands ~
this entire Separation Aqreement, is fully cognizant of the terms ;
hereof, and has been fully advised of his or her rights and obli-

ment, by counsel of her or his own selection, and that all of the
provisions hereof are for the best interest of the parties hereto,

duress or undue influence on the part of either of the parties
hereto as against the other party hereto, and upon full disclosure ~

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
mutual covenants and promises herein contained, and the sum of One
Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations, paid by

execution and delivery of thi;s Separation Agreement, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the parties hereto hereby cove- <

FIRST: From and after this date hereof, the parties will ~
continue to live separate and apart from each other for the rest
of their lives~ and may engage in any occupation, employment or ;

business, without the consent of the other party hereto, in all '

respects as if unmarried. Each of the parties may reside from time
to time in such places as he or she deems fit. Each of the parties ~

' hereto shall be free from all marital ~ontrol, direct or indirect,
of the other party, free of molestation, restraint, interference ;
' and authority as fully and in the same manner as if unmarried.
' Neither of the parties hereto shall attempt by legal or other pro- i
ceedings to compel the other party to cohabit or dwell with him or her. ~
