SECOND: As and for the support and maintenance of the
Wife and children, the Husband agrees as follows: ~
1. To remise, release and quitclaim, by quitclaim deed,
all~ of the right, title and interest, claim and demand which he has
in a~d to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land,
which is the present residence of the parties hereto, situate, lying
and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:

SECTION (27) TWENTY-SEVEN, a Sub-

thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14,
page 5, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.

2. To grant, bargain, transfer and deliver, by an

absolute bill of sale, all of his right, title and interest in the
furniture, furnishings, fixtures and appliances, located in said
residence and located on the above-described real property, which
shall be~the sole and separate property of the Wife. ;
~ 3. To maintain all life insurance policies, medical

; insurance policies, dental insurance policies, and hospital insurance ~

~ policies on his own life, on himself and his children, and on himself
~ and the Wife; that all of said policies shall be delivered_to and/or

' remain in the possession of the Wife; that the Husband be restrained
and enjoined from changing the beneficiaries of said policies, until ~

the Wife shall have remarried; that, thereafter, the beneficiaries
of said policies shall be the said children of the parties hereto;
and to pay all premiums or other costs thereon which are due or to
become due.

~ 4. To pay all bills now due for utilities, living costs
and other expenses incurred during the coverture of the marriage to ~

the date of this Separation Agreement. ~
