Fifty Dollars ($750.00) as attorney's fees, in any action for a
dissolution of this marriage together with costs of suit.
THIRD: The Wife hereby waives all.claims to and rights
of alimony.
FOURTH: ,The Husband and the Wife agree that the Wife _

control of their minor children, to-wit.: BOBBIE JO AGNEW, daughter,
and THADDEUS CARLTON AGNEW, son, and that the Husband shall have
reasonable rights of visitation with each and both of said children,
having the right to visit them or have them visit him at all reason-
able times and places, singly or together.
FIFTH: Except for the obligations, promises and agree-
ments herein set forth and to be performed by the Husband and Wife
which are especially reserved, the Husband and Wife hereby for him-

4 distributees, legal representatives and assigns, from any and all

~ debts, sums of money, accounts, contracts, claims and demands what- ~

soever which each of them had, now has or hereafter can, shall or

may have against the other by reason of any matter, cause or thing,
from the beginning of the world to the date of execution of this
Agreement.
SIXTH: Each of the parties hereto represents that he or
~ she has not contracted and will not hereinafter contract any debt,

~ charge or liability in the name or upon the credit of the other or ;
for which the other or the estate of the other might or could become -

liable, and agrees, in any event, to indemnify and hold the other ~

and the estate of the other harmless therefrom in all respects.
