whereever located, as and for his or her own property, free and
clear of any claims thereon of whatsoever nature by either of them ;

EIGHTH: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this
Agreement, the Wife agrees to release and does hereby release any
and all claims of the Wife to or upon the property of the Husband ;
. and his estate, whether real or personal, and whether now or here-
after acquired, to the end that he shall have free and unrestricted
right to dispose of his property now or hereafter ~acquired, from ;
any claim or demand of the Wife, and so that his estate st~all go
and belong to the person or persons who become entitled thereto by
Will, or by devise, bequest, intestacy, administration or otherwise,
as if the Wife had died during the lifetime of the Husband, and ~

without in any manner limiting the foregoing, the Wife expressly =

waives, surrenders and relinquishes any and all right of election

i to take any share of the estate of the Husband as in intestacy,

~ including, but not limited to, any and all dower or other right and

interest in any real or personal property of which the Husband may =i
die seized or possessed, and the Wife surrenders and renounces and x

covenants to surrender and renounce any right of administration on
the estate of the Husband.
Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement,

~ the Husband agrees to release and does hereby release any and all
~ claims of the Husband to or upon the property of the Wife, and her

e estate, whether real or personal and whether nocv or hereafter
