HomeMy WebLinkAbout0484 belong to the person or persons who become entitled thereto by Will or by devise, bequest, intestacy, administration or otherwise, : F as if the Husband had died during the lifetime of the Wife, and ' without in any manner limiting the foregoing, the Husband expressly ; i waives, surrenders and relinquishes any and all rights in the estate of the Wife, and expressly waives, surrenders and relinquishes any and all rights of election to take any share of the estate of the Wife as in intestacy, including, any and all other right and : interest in any real or-personal property of which the Wife may die seized or possessed, and the Husband surrenders and renounces and covenants to surrender and renounce any right of administration upon the estate of the Wife. Nothing contained in this paragraph or elsewhere in this Agreement-shall be deemed a waiver of, or a limitation upon, the Wife's right to prosecute, perfect and satisfy any claims which she may have against the estate of the Husband by virtue of the Husband's default in the payment of any and all sums provided for , in this Agreement to be paid by the Husband to the Wife, or to enforce the collection of the payments required by the foregoing i ~ ; paragraphs, which may become due after the death of the Husband. t NINTH: Nothing in this Agreement contained shall be construed as a relinquishment by either of the parties hereto, of ~ the right to sue the other for a dissolution of their marriage in ~ any court having competent jurisdiction, for any cause now existing ~ or which may hereafter arise, and no facts now known to either the Husband or the Wife shall be deemed to be merged in this Agreement ~ ~ ~ to prevent such facts from being used in connection with any such ~ action for dissolution of marriage. ~ ~ TENTH: In the event that any final judgment by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be entered dissolving the marriage - 7 - d00K~~~ FaCE ~'S2 ~ ~
