ELEVENTH: The failure of either party to insist upon ~

strict performance of any provision of this Separation Agreement, -
stiall not be deemed a waiver of the right thereafter to insist upon
performance of that or any other provision of this Separation •

TWELFTH: The terms and conditions of this Separation
Ag~eement shall be construed and shall be enforced according to the ~
laws of the State of Florida.
THIRTEENTH: This Separation Agreement shall be and continue
to be binding upon the parties hereto, their respective heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns, irrespective of the death of

the Husband or of whether the marriage between the parties hereto
continues or is dissolved by a judgment for dissolution of marriage.
FOURTEENTH: This Separation Agreement may be executed

f in any number of counterparts, and one of which shall be deemed to

E be the original, although the others are not produced.

FIFTEENTH: The Husband and Wife agree to keep each other

informed of the new address or addresses of the other party in the £

event that their present or future addresses shall permanently ~
chan e, from time to time for the ~

pliance with the terms and conditions of this Separation Agreement. ~
