Florida, satd sta.rting point being 50' easterly of the centerline
of the west tract (as measured on the perpendicular); thence run
N 61 °30' E, along the satd south line of Lot 2, a distance of 625. 56'
to the point of beqinning; thence continue to run N 61°30' E, along satd
South line of Lot 2, a dtsta.nce of 75'; thence run North 28°30' W,
a dista.nce of 135'; thence run S 61°30" W a dfstance of 75'; thence
run S 28°30' E, a distance of 135' to the potnt of beginning.
Sub~ect, however to an easement with the grantors and their hetrs
and assigns and others for road purposes only over and upon the
following tract.
