This cause came on to be heard on November 24, 1976 for an
Order of Contempt and the Court having heard testimony of the parties
and argument of counsel for the respective parties and being fully
advised in the premises, it is thezeupon
ORD$RED AND ADJUDGED and follows:
l. The Court finds and determines that the Husband, EDWARD
F. NSWBERGER, SR., is in arrears in his payment to the Wife, JEAN H.
NEWBERGSR, in the sum of $450.00 pursuant to the Final Judgment
i entered in said cause on March 21, 1974 and costs in the amount of

~ $7.50 for service of the Motion for Order of Contempt and Notice of
Hearinq.
~ Z. The Court finds and determines that a reasonable fee for
counsel for the Wife, JEAN H. NSWBERGER, for filing the Motion for
Order of Contempt and attending the hearing is $250.00 and the costs
incurred in the amount of.$7.50 and that the Husband, EDWARD F.
NEWBER+GER, SR., shall pay to the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes,
201 South Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida the sum of $132.50

being one-half of the fee allowed and costs in the amount of $7.50.
3. The Court f inds and determines that the said EDWARD F.
NEWBERGER, SR., is in willful contempt of Court and he is hereby held
~ in contempt o€ this Court and sentenced to serve three (3) days in
~
the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida; that said sentence
