pay the swn of Three Hundred Fifty ($350.00) Dollars to MARIE DARIEY,
F/k/a MARIE HILL. The Husband, JAMES H~LL, pursuant to the said
Final Judgment of June 15, 1976, is under a continuing responsibility
for all bills for orthodontists relating to rhe braces put on the •
teeth of the minor child of the parties, JANET HILL.
3. The Court hereby orders the sum of T'hree Hundred ($300.00)
Dollars, to be paid to the law offices of Gilbert and Horawitz, P. A.,
attorneys for the Wife, to be paid as follows:
$150.00 to be paid by Marie Darley,f/k/a Marie Hill, the
Wife; and ~ ~
$150.00 to be paid by James Hill. the Husband.
The $350.OU dental bill shall be paid by JAMES HILL in the following
manner:
$50.00 per month com~nencing December 1, 1976 of
which $25.00 shall be applied ta~ard the dental
bill of $350.00; and_$25.00 shall be applied taward
his share of the attorney's fees of $150.00.
All payments under this Order shall be foYwarded directly to MARIE
DARIEY,f/k/a MARIE HILL, the Wife, 812 Darrow Avenue, Live Oak,
; Florida 32060. -

j 4. That the Husband, JAMES HILL,~hall immediately turn over

C in the Counter-Petition filed on her behalf.
I S. IT IS FIJRTHER ADJUDGED that, whenever any~of the children

~ above named, has a serious illness, or an accident, then the party

having custody at such time must immediately notify the other party
of such illness or accident.
~ 6. IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED that each partv shall be responsible

~ for his or her own Court costs.
