shall'stand confirmed as certified by the Clerk and the title to
the e~cumbered property shall pass fully and co~rpletely to the
purchaser named in the certificate of title..
10. That upon the filinQ of the cert~ificate of title by the
Clerk, he shall disburse the procee~ds of the sale in the followin~
manner; he shall retain his fee snd shall•-satisfy any unpaid Court
costs, plus the costs of advertisin~ the sale, he shall pay the
Flaintiffs the amounts enumerated in paragraph four herein above,
plus interest thereon from the date of this decree to the date of -
payment; any remaining sums he shall deposit in the registery of
the Court to remain pending the further orders of the Court.
I1. That the Court retains ~urisdiction of this cause
for the purpose of making any and all further orders necessary
and appropriate.
