O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on December 8, 1976 on
those portions of the Cotmterpetition seeking temporary relief for the
Wife,and the Court having heard testimony of the respective
parties and the argument of counsel, and being fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED _as follows :
1. Custody of the minor child, issue of said marriage,
namely, SEAN PATRICK DAUGHERTY, is to be restored to the Wife on

~ or before 7:00 o'clock p.m., December 8, 1976. Custody of said
minor child is committed to the Wife, granting unto the Husband
liberal rights of visitation, provided, however, that the Husband .
shall give the Wife reasonable notice of the propos~d time and
place of said visitation.
2. Proceedings now pending in this action are hereby
stayed for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of this Order.
3. That the parties hereto are required to seel~ counsel
at the Mental Health Clinic, Indian River Community, 800 Avenue H,
Fort Pierce, Florida,.durinq the aforestated sixty day period to
explore the possibility of reconciliation. That a report on the
counseling of the parties hereto be furnished by the Mental Health
Clinic to the Honorable William G. Tye, Acting Circuit Judge of
the above entitled Court.
