- 4. That the Division of Family Services of the
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services of the State of
F2orida, with an office at 1S05 Delaware Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida,
shall make a study, report and recommendation to the Honorable
William G. Tye, Actinq Circuit Judqe, as to the residence,
surroundings and fitness of the Husband and Wife to assist the
Cotirt in makinq a determination as to the custody of the minor
child of the ~Sartiea= that a copy of such study, report and
recommendation should be mailed to each of the attorneys for the
parties in this cause, N. Richard Schopp, as attorney for the Husband,
and Georqe L. Williams, III, as attorney for the Wife, by the
Department of Aealth and Rehabilitative Services - Division of
Family Services. After the report has been received, then either
party may apply to the Court for a hearing to resolve the
matters still pending in this cause.
5. The Wife ~nd the minor child shall have the exclusive
use and possession of the marital dwelling located at 6702 Hulda Drive,
Fort Pierce, Florida, ^ together with the furniture and furnishings
located therein. '
6. Until further order of the Court, the Husband shall
i be responsible and shall pay the monthly rent now due or to become
~ due on the house occupied by the Wife and child and located at 6702
~ -
Hulda Orive; Fort Pierce, Florida. In the eveht that it becomes
necessary or desirable for the Wife to move to a new residence in the
Fort Pierce area, then the Husband shall be responsible for paying the
Wife's rent on said premises, provided, however, that said rent is
of an amoun t equal to or less than that of the premises presently occupied
by the Wife. The above described rent payments shall be made when
the same become due and before they become delinquent.
7. The Husband shall have the use and possession of the
1975 Dodge Van, and the Husband shall be responsible for and shall
pay all installment payments on the loan with Sun Bank of St. Lucie
County secured by said 1975 Dodge Van.
