The decedent, JOSEPH HENRY COGGIN, JR., a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on January 11, 1976 and Letters of Administration were issued to petitioner on February 13, 197b. 2. Petitioner herein is the surviving spouse of decedent and the sole heir and hereby waives the filing of a final . accounting. _ 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and by payir?g or making provision for the payment of all expenses of administration. , 4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with ~ Revenue of ' the Interne4.Revenue Service and with the Department of/the State of f ~ Flo~~da, and has filed with this court evidence of the satisfaction f ` of this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate 0 ~ taxes , if any . ~ - ~ 5.
