I, JAMES P. THOMPSO~T, do hereby make, publish and declare
this to be my I,ast Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills or #
any writings in the nature thereof and Codicils heretofore made by
me. I declare I am domiciled in the State of Florida and a resident
of the County of St. Lucie. ~
I.
I direct my Executor or Executrix, as the case may be, to
pay out of my.estate, all of my just debts, including the expense
of my last illness and funeral expenses. Should my Executor or my
estate be the beneficiary of a golicy of insurance on my life I
direct that the proceeds of such policy be used for the payment of

the expense af my last illness and funeral expenses.
