sell my home property described as Lot 5, Hlock 13 (A) in the town
of Edgartown, as surveyed and platted by Aaron Lee, and filed in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida, together with all improvements thereon and all furniture ~
and fixtures therein and to divide the proceeds equally, per capita,
between the following individuals: DONALD RAYI~+iOND WEI,LS, DONNA_RA$
' WELLS, CHERYL LES WELLS~ AND DALE RAY WELLS.
. VI.
I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and
remainder of my property, real and personal, wherever situate and ~
whether acquired before or after the execution of this will (in-
cluding renounced, lapsed, or void gifts, bequests or devises) to
DALE RAY WELLS, if living, and if not, to DONALD RAYMOND WELLS,
DONNA RAE WELLS, and CHERYL LEE WELLS, in equal shares, per capita._

Florida, as Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament to serve
without bond.
