ORDER TO SET ASIDE HOMESTEAD
On the petition of Sun Bank of St. Lucie County,
as personal representative of the Estate of Roland L. Macon,
deceased, for an order setting aside the homestead of the
above decedent, the court finding that all interested persons
have been served proper notice of this hearing, or have
. waived notice thereof; that the material alleqations of the
petition are true; that the decedent was domiciled in St.
Lucie County, Florida at the time of death;that decedent was
not survived by a surviving spouse but was survived by
2ineal descendants; and that at the time of decedent'~s death,
he owned certain real property described in the petition
upon which he resided as the head of a family; it is
Ij ADJUDGED that the following-described property;

~ That part of Lot 10 described as : Beginning
at a point 29 feet North of the Southeasterly
~ corner of said lot; thence run Northerly on the
~ East side to the Northeast corner; thence West
110.02 feet to the Northwest corner; thence
South to a point 68.feet North of the South-
west corner; thence Northeasterly 116.32 feet
to a point of beginninqf and lot 11, CORTEZ
ESTATES, Block A, Unit No. 1, known as 2025
Esplanade, as recorded in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County
Florida, in Plat Book 11, page 18; said land
~ now lying and being in City of Fort Pierce,

constituted the homestead of the above decedent within the
~ meaninq of Section 4 of Article X~of the Florida Constitu-
tion and that said property is the same property referred
~ to in Clause III of decedent's will as 2025 EspYanade West,
