since thai time discharqes the duties of Fersonal R.epresentative as
required by law.
2. Petitioner has published a Notice to Creditors of the
Estate as required by law, the first publication of which occurred

on June 24, 1976, and Proof of Publication of that Notice has been
filed. The period durinq which claims can be filed vali.dly against

~ 3. The decedent's gro~s estate for tax purposes utas more than
$60, 000.00. There Was tax due the Federal Governme~nt in connection
with thi~ estate, and your Petitioner has obtained aald filed with the
~ court a non-taa~ certificate from the State of Florida, being No. D-56106

and a~final closing letter from IRS.

Estate of Bruce J. Miller and atta~ches her receipt for a11 assets due
~ her as sole be~neficiary of this estate.
