7. Nothing remains to be done for the completion of ~the
administration of this estate except pa4Yment of attorney's fees
and disbursements to Oughterson, Ouqhtersan & Prewitt, attorneys
for the estate, which fees and disbursements will be paid prior to or at
the time of closinq out of the estate and the entry of an Order of
Discharqe.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks that the court enter an Order of
Discharge to Florence E. Nuller as Personal Representative of this
estate, upon filing ~with this court proper ~eceipt.
