The property herein described is to be used forever as an open
space and recreational area only and said property is to be enjoyed
for such purposes by the public generally. ~
~ The recreational purposes for which this property may be used are
specifically limited to the following; Tennis courts, playground,
swimming pools and bathhouses, horseshoe pitching, walkinq, athletic
~E sports and other outdoor exercises, baseball, basketball, football,
( handball, raquetball, softball, soccer, volleyball, batimitton,
~ bicycling, picnicking, pitch and put, archery, lawn bowling, and
shuffle board, with the necessary equipment therefore and with car

The open space purposes for which this property may be used are
specifically limited to the following; green areas, grass, trees,
shrubs, flowers ~ for the use and enjoyment of the public.
This property will never be used in such a manner as to allow for
a private individual or corporation for grofit to derive a profit
from the charging of fees for the admission to said property or
any portion thereof.
If any part of the property herein described and dedicated shall
not be used as open space and recreational areas, or if any part
