This matter came before the Court on the Motion to
Strike made by the Defendant, STATE FARM FIRE AND-CASUALTY COMPANY,
and the Court having heard the arguments of counsel on the motion
and being otherwise advised in the matter it is hereby,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Motion to Strike is
granted and those portions of paragraph $ requesting punitive damages ~
are hereby stricken from the Comolaint. The Plaintiff shall have
