DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE 3`~~~~3
This cause came on for trial the 15th day of December, 1976,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ROBERT
DUDENEY, Husband, and JANE MILDRED DUDENEY, Wife, be, and the same
is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
; them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

' 2. CUSTODY. Custody of the four children born of this marri-

~ age, are awarded to the Wife with reasonable visitation rights re-
~ served to-the Husband.
~ 3. SUPPORT. The Husband, ROBERT DUDENEY, shall pay to the
Wife the sum of ~.OO per month for child support for each of the
four children born of this marriage, until said children shall reach
~ the age of 18, which is a total of $200.00 per montlz, and in addition,
~ '
~ the Husband agrees to keep medical insurance on said children.

DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, Florida, this ~S
