THIS CAUSE came on for trial this ~S• day of December,
1976, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now -
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED A.'VD ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between.ELIHU K.
SCOTT and RAMONA T. SCOTfi be, and the same is hereby, dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofor existing betweea them and £rom the obligations aris-
; ing therefrom. ~

i 2. PROPERTY. The Stipulation, dated November 9, 1976,~ and
~
~ entered in this cause, is hereby ratified and confirmed, and hereby
i incorporated herein by-reference, and the parties are ordered to comply
with the provisions thereof.
6 3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby en-
~ joined and restrained from interferring with, harassinc; or annoying
~ the other. -
