THIS WARRANTY DEED made this 13th day of October ~
A. D., 19 76 , by WILLIAM F. SAMPSON and BONITA G. SAMPSON,
his wife, and HOWARD W. SAMPSON and HEI.EN D. SAMPSON, his wife, f
and EMERSON G. SAMPSON and IRIS T. SAMPSON, his wife, herein-
after called the grantors, to RENO MASSIMINO an~ MARGARET
MASSIMINO, his wife; and PETER MASSIMINO and ANN MASSIMINO,

W I TNES SETH:
That the grantors for and in consideration of the sum ~f
$10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, re-
mise, r elease, convey and confirm unto the grantees, ~11 that
certain land situate in St. i.ucie County, Rlorida, viz:
Lot 6, Block 85, Unit 7, LAKEWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION,
_ according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
11, at page 13. of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
The Grantors herein~with the execution hereof covenant and agree
rhat they are the same Sampson Brothers who took title under
that certain Deed dated the 27th day of December, 1972, and
recorded in Official Record Book 213, at page 1668, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurten- ~

ances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining. ~
TO HAVE Alm TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantee that

convey said land; that the grantors hereby fully warrant the
title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free
