EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT made this ~ day of November, A.D., 1976,
between DOYLE ROGERS, individually and as trustee, joined by
NICOLA C. ROGERS, his wife, hereinafter referred to as Grantor,
of Palm Beach County, Florida, and GUSTAV W. ANDREA, hereinafter "'y~
referred to as Grantee, of Portage County, Wisconsin, whose ~ ~
mailing address is 1709 Main Street, Stevens Point, Wisconsin 54481.
WHEREAS, the Grantor is the owner of that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
Begin at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 71,

WHEREAS, Grantee is the owner of the following described
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

~ WHEREAS, the property ownec~ by Grantee herein is separated
from that certain street knawn as Nebraska Avenue as sai8"street is
described in Special Warranty Deed from Grantor herein to the
City of Fort Pierce, Florida, recorded in O. R.~Book , page ,
~ public records of St. Lucie County, by the land of Grantor herein
~ above described; and
WHEREAS, the Grantor is desirous of conveyinq to Grantee
an easement for ingress and egress over and across the land of
Grantor to the land of Grantee.
WITNESS that Grantor, for and in consideration of One
Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the
