THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED OF CONVSYANCE executed this
day of November, A. D. , 1976, by and between DOYLS ROGERS,
individually and as Trustee, joined by NICOLA C. ROGERS, his wife,
he reinafter called Grantors, and CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA a ~j

Boston Avenue, City of Fort Pierce, State of Florida, hereinafter
called Grantee, WIZtIESS that the said Grantors for and in consideration
of the swa of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS, to them in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknawledqed, has granted, ba=gained, sold, aliened,
remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents
does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and ;
