individually and as Trustee, joined by NICOLA C. ROGERS, his wife,
hereinafter called Grantors, and CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, a
municipal corporation with permanent post office address at.500 Boston
Avenue, City of Fort Pierce, State of Florida, hereinafter called
Grantee; WITNESS, that the said Grantors for and in consideration
~of the su~n of Ten Dollars ($10.Q0) to them in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,
aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirntied, and by these
presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey
