On the Petition of NATALIE CAIRNS, as Personal Representative ~

of the Estate of Hiram Daniels, sole heir of Marguerite C. Daniels ~
for Summary Administration of the estate of MARGUERITE C. DANIELS,
deceased, the court finding that the decedent died on the 14th '
day of June, 1976; that all interested persons have been served
proper notice of this hearing, or have waived notice thereof; that
the iaaterial allegations of the petition are true; and that an
Order of Summary Administration should be entered; it is
ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the assets
