PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
The undersiqned Petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as the
Personal Representative of the Estate of Hiram Daniels, the sole
heir of Marguerite Daniels. Her name and address are Natalie Cairns,
107 North 37th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450 and the name and
address of their attorney is as set forth at-the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, MARGUERITE C. DANIELS, whose last known address
was 304 1/2 South lOth Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on June
14, 1976 at Fort Pierce, Florida and at the time of death decedent
was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries~of this ~
estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent and the ages
of any who are minors, are:
