It appearing from the evidence before the Court that NICHABL L. SHORT ~

has Willfullq failed and refused to pay the child support as required by the .
Fiaal Judgment of thie Court eatered on the 2nd day of June, 1975, and is, as of
this date, in arreara $609.50, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of
this Court but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafcer paying $100.00 ~
plua the $2.00 clerk's fee on Friday, December 10, 1976, and startirg oa
January 7, 1977 payinents are to be $40.00 per veek plua $1.00 clerk's fee. >
