ADJUDICATION OF CONTBMPT
It appearing from the evidence before the Court that JI1~4lY B. LBAL has
Willfullq failed and refused to pay the child support as required by the Final
Judgment of this Court entered on the 26th day of May, 1976, and ie, as of thie
date,~in arrears ~535.00, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGSD that for such failure he stands in contempt of
thia Court but mey purge himself of this contempt bq hereafter paying the
. `
$525.50 arrearage~ plus $9.50 Court Coats, at the rate of $5.00 per week.
Tfiese paya~ents to be in addition to the regular $25.00 per week child support
paymente provided for in the Final Judgment, making a total paqment of $30.00
per week, plua the $1.00 clerk's fee. ~ihen the arrearage has been paid in full,

the weekly paqments shall be reduced to $25.00 per week. If xespondeat does not
~ purge himself of his contempt ae provided above, he shall, upon written affidavit
of the Petitioner, serve thirty (30) days in the St. Lucie County Jail.
