_ SETTING FOR SENTENCING
It appearing from the evidence before the Court that
LAUREN r~00RE DELENANT, has willfully failed and refused to abide
by the terms of the Order of this Court dated September 8,.1976,
in that he has failed to pay the child support required by that
Order for the months of September and October, 1976, making him
j $1,000.00 in arrears, and that he has additionally failed to pay
$600.00 tuition for his daughter's schooling, and that he has further
failed to pay the Wife's attorney an interim attorney's fee of
$200.00, all as required by the previous Order of this Court dated
September 8, 1976; and it further appearing that the Husband is
' in contempt of the Order of this Court dated Dec~
ember 8, ]~976, in
~ that he has failed to present this Court with a proposal for meeting
; the requirements of the Order of this Court dated September 8, 1976,
~ it is therefore

~ ORDERED that for such failure he is adjudged to be-in

~ contempt of this Court and he is ordered to appear before the Court

i for sentencing on the 17th day of December, 1976~ at 1:30 p.m.
