PETITION FOR DISCNARGE
The undersigned, as per$onal representative of the abov~
Estate, alleges: _ -
1. The decedent, OLGA M. NEBER, a resident of Condado,
. Puerto Rico,-died_on July 25, 1976, and Letters of Administration
were issued to Petitioner on September 10, 1976. ,
2. Petitioner_files herewith.a final accounting contain- -
ing=a complete report of all receip~s and disbursements since the
com~encement of adaniniatration of this Estate.

3. Petitioner has fullq administered this Estate, by .
~ making payment,.settlement~ or other disposition~of all claims and
; - debts that were presented, and-by paying or making provision~for

f; the paqment of alI expenses of administration. ~
~ ! 4. Petitioner has filed.all required estate tax returns

~ with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of
Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed_with
this Court evidence of the satisfaction of this Estate's obliga-
- tions for both feder~l and Florida estate taxes, if any.
5. Petitioner has made distribution of thQ assets of this
Estate as set forth in the Schedule of Distribution attached here-
to as Exhibit A. ~
6. The only remaining person having an interest in this
