DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
This cause came on for tr~~_tne 3~' day o# January, 1977,_
ancl the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has-.jurisdiction of ttie parties and _

subj~ct matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the n?arriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is there-
upon: "
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLDTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CLIFTON R.
McDONALD, JR., Husband, and ANN JOAN McDONALD, Wife, be, and the same. ~
is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for-

ever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations ar,ising therefram.

2. SEPARATION AGREEMENTS. The Separation Agreement dated
November 24, 1975, and the Supplement to Separation Aqreement dated
November 18, 1976 admitted inta evidence are hereby incorporated
herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the
provisions thereof.
3. ~t1RISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
