SHEAR as partners d/b/a SHEAR-BARRER GOMPANY (Not Incorporated),
and the court having heard arqument of counsel and having considered
. the evidence and testimony adduced and being otherwise fully
. advised of the premises, it is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Defendants shall have and
recover from the Division of Administration, State of Florida -
Department of Transportation the fol,lowing sums:
