- This matter came on to be heard on the 30th day of
December, 1976, after notice, upon the ~Tife's Motion For Tempora~y ~

Relief and M~otion To M~odifp and the Motion To M~odify filed herein
by the Husband. The Court having heard the evidence presented on
behalf of the parties and the arguments of the attorneys for the ~
parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said Motions for
. Modification are hereby granted and the Order of this Court previously
entered on September 8, 1976, is hereby modified as follows:
_Pending the final disposition,of this matter; an~-'
effective at 12:00 noon January 3, 1977, the Wife, DORTHEA MARGARET
DELEHANT, and the children of the parties shall have the exclusive
' right to uae, posseas, and occupy the marit$1 home located at 1421

~ of this exclusive occupancy, the Wife shall be responsible for the
monthly mortgage payment and other recurring monthly.expenses incidental
to the marital home. The Husband shall be permitted to remove his
items of personal property, clo-~hing and business records from the
-marital nome and he shall on or before 12:00 noon, January 3, 1977,
deliver to the Wife a set of keys to all locks to the marital home.
~IT IS FURTHEIt ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the child
~ support provisions of the Order of September,8, 1976, are hereby
modified so that co~encittg the 13th day of January, 1977, the Husband
shall pay to the Wife as child aupport, the sum of $250:00 per month
