In addition there ia hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory
- costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash. money order or cashier~s check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of thi~s Court advised of their
mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in ~
eftect. - ~
It is the further finding of this Court that the
Husband, LAUREN MOORB DELBNANT, is in arrears in the payment of child
support for~the months of November and December, 1976;. in the total
amount of.$1,000.00, the Wife, DORTHEA MAR~GARET DELEHANT, is hereby ~
r given a 3udgment in the amount of $1,000.00 for which let execution
issue. ~ -
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband,
LAUREN MOORE DELEHANT, is enjoined and restrained from ~coming about,
~olesting, threatening, harming, annoqing or interfering with the
Wife, DQRTHEA MARGARET DELEHANT, or the children o~ the parties. ~
Ttiis Reatraining Order shall remain in full force and effect until
the final hearing of this cause or unti], further Order of this Court
; and the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, and Martia. Caunty,
Florida, shall'enforce the restraining provisions of this Order
