acknowledqes that this purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN

Declaration of Condominium as to tho coridominiwn in wliich his unit .
is located and ~xhibits a~tached thereto, including but not limited
to (whcther the same are attached to the D~:claration or referred to
tlierein), the By-Laws of f:he Association, Articles of Incorporation,
the Rul~s and Regulations, copy oF projected operating budg~t, copy
of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchnsed by Purchaser,
and all Amendments to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and ttie
Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and ~
~Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association; and Purchaser
- further-acknowledqes receipt of and reading and examination of said
Declaration, its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan,
and_acknowledges that each and every provision of the foreqoing is
~ essential to the successful operation and manaqement of the Condo-
minium property and is in_the best interests and for the benef it of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all-owners of parcels°in the
aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and
every-provision of said.Declaration of Condominium-and_.Exhibits
attached thereto. ]s'urchaser hereby ratifies and confirms.and anproves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium
and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under

chaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenant~
and Restrictxons af the Property Owners' Association t~as encumbered

tion of Covenants and Restrictions of the ProPerty Owners' Associ.a-
