CONDOMINIUM COVENANTS. In addition to the oovenants and agreements made in ~the security instcument,--
Bornowcr and L.ender further covenant and agcee aa follows:
A. Assessa~eab. Borrower shall promptlY paY, ~rhe~ due, alt asseuments imposed by the Owners Association
or other governtng body of the Condomiaium Praject (herein "Owners Assaciation") pursuant to the provisions of tha
declaration. by-laws, code of regulations or other constituent dvcument of the Condominium Project. ~
B. Hwrd I~rs~ee. So IoAg as the Owners Association maiatains a"master" or "blanket° palicy oa the
Condominium Pc~oject which prwides insurance coverage agaiast fire, hazards inctud'ed~ within the term "extended
ooverage," and such other hazards as I,ender may requir~e, aad in such amounts and for such periods as Lender may
reqtur+e, thea:
(i) Leader waives the provision ia Uniform Covenaat 2 tor the moathly paymeat to Lender of on~twelfth
of the premium instaliments for hazard insurance on the Property;
(ii) Borrower's obligatioa unde~ Unifocm Covenant_ S_to maiatain_ hazard insurance coverage on the

(iu) the- provisions in Ua~orm Covenaat S regardiog application of hazacd insurance procxeds shall be
• superseded by any provisions of th~ declara~ion, by-laws. code of regulations_or other constitatnt document of the
Condominium Projoct or of applicable law to the extent necessary to avoid a conAict between such provisions and
the provisions of Uniform Covenant 5. For any period of time during which such hazard insurancx ooverage is not
~ maintained,-the immediately praxdiag untena ahall be deemed to have no foroe or effect. Bon+ower shall givc
l.ender prompt notia of any lapx in such hazard insurance eoverage. - .
In the eveat of a distribution of hazard inaurana procxeds ia lieu of nuoration or repair following a loss to
the Property, whether to tha unit or to oommon elements. any such proceeds payable to Bomower an hereby assigned ;
and shall be paid to Lender for application to the sums secured by the socwity instrument, with the excess, if any,
paid to Bornower. . _
C. Lender's Peior Cooseot. Borrower shall not, except after notive to Lender and arith I~nde~'s prior written
consent, partition or subdivide the Property or rnnseat to: - '
(ij the abandonment or terminatioa of the Condominium Peoioct, except for abandonment or termination ~
provided by law in the case of subatantial destrucNon by firt or other casualty or in the case of a taking by condemnation
' or emiaent domain; -

(u) any material amendment to the doclaration, by-laws or oode of regutations of-the Owaers Association,
~ or equivalent constituent document of the Condominium Projcct, including, but not limited to. any amendmeat which
f wouid chang~ the percentage iaterests ~ the unit owaers in the Condominium Projoct; or
~ (iii) the effcetuadon-of any decision by the Owaers Association to tecminate professional managemeat and
assume self-management of the Condar?iaium Project. ~
