CONDOMINlUM COVENANTS. In addition to the oovenants and agreements made in the securiry instrument,
Borrowcr and L.ender funher covenant and agree as follows:
A. Ass~r~a~b. Bon+ower shall promptiy pay, when due. all assessments imposed by the Owaers Associatioa
or other governing body of the Condomiaium Project (herein "Owners Association") pursuant to the provisions of. the
declaration. by-laws, code of regulations or other constituent document of the Condominium Project. -
~ & H~rd Ies~c~ce. So long as the Ow~ers Auociatioa maintaias a"master" or "blanket" policy o~ the
Condominitua Projat which provides insurancx cove~age against fire, hazacds included withia tha temt "extended
ooverage," aad sucb other hazards as I.ender may require, aad in such amounts amd for such periods as Len~r may
require, then: ~
(7 Lender walves the provision in Uniform Covenant 2 for the monthly paymeat w Leader of one-twelhh
of the prcmium installmenta for haurd insuranoe on the Propecty; -
(ii) Borrower's obligation under Uniform Covenant S to maintain hazard insurance coverage on the
Property is damed satisfied; and . .
(iii) the provisions in Uw'[orm Covenant S regarding application of hazard iasurance proceeds shall be
superseded by any provisions of the declaratiot~, by-laws. code of regulations or other coastituent document of the
Condominium Pmject or of applicabk lav~cto the extent necessary to avoid a conflict between such pmvisioas aad
the proyisions of-Uniform Covenant S. For any period of time du~ing which such_haaard insurance coverage is not . '
main~sined, the immediately pnecediag sentenca ahall be deemed to hav~e rw foice or effect. Bornower ahall give -
I.ender prompt notice of any lapse in such hazard insuranoc coverage.
• In the event of ~ distributioa of hazar+d insurance procuds in lieu of ratoration or repair followiag a loss to
the Propeny, whether to the unit or to common ekments, any such prooeeda payable to Bonovver arc heceby assigned
and shal! be paid to Lender for application to tha sums socured by the security instrument, with the exc~ss, ~f any,
paid to Bornow~er. - .
